For over 70 years the FSC has:

• Worked with companies and industry to provide state-of-the-art occupational safety training.
• Been a positive force in the court systems, giving troubled youth the information needed to make better life choices and providing monitoring and alternatives to DUI offenders.
• Given residents of all ages and backgrounds the tools necessary to lead productive lives through our behavior modification and impulse control courses.
• Taught new drivers, mature drivers, truck drivers and fleet drivers the “rules of the road” that allow them to come home safe...every time they venture out.

We have done all this and more as a 501(c)3 non- profit educational organization, with no federal funding and minimal government support.

We depend on memberships, course revenue and the generous support of folks like you to continue to offer and grow our programming.
