Florida Safety Council Court-Ordered Behavior Management Programs
The Florida Safety Council’s Behavior Management Department provides courses promoting healthy living.
Courses may be court ordered, with the goal to reduce repeat appearances on the same charge or facing more serious charges.
Courses are presented by professional, certified instructors who meet all State of Florida requirements.
Students receive Certificates of Completion upon - successful completion of course requirements, for presentation to the Clerk of Court and/or Probation Officer to satisfy a court order or condition of probation.
