The Florida Safety Council recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by our visitors. We have created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices.

Information Collected by The Florida Safety Council

Our site’s registration forms require users to give us contact information (like their name and email address) and other identifying personal information.

Security

Our site has a variety of security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control, including but not limited to: IP Logging, Firewalls, and Secure Server technology.

Use of Information

The Florida Safety Council will not reveal any personal information that users provide to us without their permission to any third party; other than reporting to a court official regarding a completion of a course on the users behalf when applicable.

Email addresses provided at registration or otherwise will be used for the purposes of providing confirmation of course registration; and to provide replies to any emails received, to answer any questions or additional information requested by our visitors.
